Bicycle

The bicycle is an advanced ab exercise that strengthens the obliques.

Step 1 - Start on Your BackStart on your back with your knees bent and your feet off the ground. Put your hands on your head behind your ears. |

Step 2 - Bicycle to One SideBend one knee while straightening the other. At the same time, turn your body while crunching up and to the side so that your opposite elbow goes towards the bent knee. |
|
Step 3 - Bicycle to the Other SideReverse which knee is bent and straight. Crunch to the other side so that the opposite elbow is reaching towards the bent knee. |

Step 4 - RepeatAlternate from side to side. |
