V-Up
Difficulty: Advanced
The V-Up is a more advanced abdominal exercise that works the lower abdominal and hip flexor muscles.

Step 1 - StartStart lying down on your back with your legs straight up. Put your arms up in the air, perpendicular to your body. |

Step 2 - Contract your AbsUsing your abs, lift your legs and body off your mat. Keep your back straight and reach for your toes with your arms. |
|
Step 3 - Return to the Starting PositionSlowly relax your abs and return to the starting position. |
