V-Up

The V-Up is a more advanced abdominal exercise that works the lower abdominal and hip flexor muscles.

Step 1 - Start

Start lying down on your back with your legs straight up. Put your arms up in the air, perpendicular to your body.

Step 2 - Contract your Abs

Using your abs, lift your legs and body off your mat. Keep your back straight and reach for your toes with your arms.

Return_to_the_starting_position15

Step 3 - Return to the Starting Position

Slowly relax your abs and return to the starting position.
