One Arm Triceps Extension
Difficulty: Intermediate
This is a simple, yet difficult, triceps exercise.

Step 1 - Starting PositionLie on your side. Place the hand of your bottom arm on the opposite shoulder. Place your top hand on the mat in front of your belly button. |

Step 2 - Lift your TorsoUsing your top arm, lift your torso off the mat as high as your can. Keep you legs in contract with the floor. Repeat and switch sides. |
