One Arm Triceps Extension

Difficulty: Intermediate

This is a simple, yet difficult, triceps exercise.

Step 1 - Starting Position

Lie on your side. Place the hand of your bottom arm on the opposite shoulder. Place your top hand on the mat in front of your belly button.

Lift_your_torso92

Step 2 - Lift your Torso

Using your top arm, lift your torso off the mat as high as your can. Keep you legs in contract with the floor. Repeat and switch sides.
