The vacuum exercise strengthens the internal ab muscles. It increases core strength and stability.

Step 1 - Start on Your Hands and KneesStart on your hands and knees and inhale deeply. |

Step 2 - Breathe OutBreathe out while arching your back and sucking your stomach in. Hold for a few seconds before inhaling. |
|
Step 3 - Breathe InBreathe in while flattening your back and pushing your stomach out. Repeat. |
