Start on your hands and knees and inhale deeply.

Step 2 - Breathe Out

Breathe out while arching your back and sucking your stomach in. Hold for a few seconds before inhaling.

Step 3 - Breathe In

Breathe in while flattening your back and pushing your stomach out. Repeat.
